Naperville Township provides a variety of community services to assist residents in need. Programs include Adopt-A-FamilyGeneral Assistance, and Handicapped Parking Tags. The township also offers LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program), a Medical Lending Closet, and Passport Application services. For older adults, Naperville Township provides several Senior Services, including the Benefit Access Program, the Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP) – Medicare Counseling, and Transportation Services.

Age Guide offers a wide range of services and support for older adults, including behavioral health resources, benefit access services, the Community Care Program, employment assistance, and fraud assistance. Additional programs include friendly visiting and phone call services, health promotion and education, housing assistance, and comprehensive information and assistance. Age Guide also provides legal and Medicare assistance, as well as advocacy for residents in nursing homes.

These include Adult Day Services and the Community Care Program, as well as advocacy through both the Home Care and Long-Term Care Ombudsman Programs. Additional assistance is available through the Senior Health Insurance Program, Eldercare Locator, and Housing Locator. Families and individuals can also access the Senior Helpline for guidance and information, along with dedicated resources for both caregivers and seniors.

The DuPage Senior Citizens Council provides a variety of services designed to support the health, safety, and independence of older adults. Programs include Meals on Wheels delivery, well-being checks, and minor home repairs, along with contractor referrals for more extensive needs. The organization also offers health and wellness education, pet assistance, senior dining opportunities, friendly visits, and regular phone calls to help reduce isolation. Seasonal support, such as yard cleanups and snow removal, is also available to help seniors maintain their homes safely.

211 of DuPage Country provides help and resources twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Residents can access support by calling 2-1-1 or texting 898-211. Services cover a wide range of needs, including disabilities, disaster relief, education, employment, financial assistance, food, health and wellness (including dental care), and housing or shelter. Additional areas of assistance include legal and public safety concerns, mental health support, personal and household items, transportation services, and resources for veterans.
